1986年創業，於岐阜縣土岐市即美濃燒產地進行陶瓷器的中盤買賣，並有將日本食器銷往海外的實績。相信陶瓷器產地特徵應著眼於土，企劃開發食器以外能最佳利用陶瓷特性的的陶瓷製品。2010年開發並開始販售吸水素材商品「tissue ceramics」。
