"This is what we've been waiting for!" After four years of conceptualization and one year of product development, the meticulously crafted NEO Outerwear is finally here to shine. The idea for the 'NINJA ROBE' emerged from the small challenges of our daily lives.
Wanting to go to the gym without carrying baggage but also desiring to shop on the way back sparked the development of a 2-way bag. The solution? Compactly store the outerwear that might be inconvenient after taking it off!
The 'NINJA ROBE' boasts four distinctive features:
1. **Functionality竭 Back Pocket:** Inspired by the denim from Okayama, we incorporated jeans-like pockets on the back to add an accent to your outfit.
2. **Functionality竭｡ Slits:** Prioritizing mobility, we added slits on the sides, ensuring a design that won't be bothersome for those conscious of volume around the waist and hips.
3. **Functionality竭｢ Detachable Snap Buttons:** The eco-bag attached inside the robe is detachable with snap buttons, allowing for a 2-way use. Fold the robe when not in use to turn it into a bag without removing the snap buttons. When shopping, remove the bag and use the robe as a shopping bag (or backpack) while still wearing it.
4. **Functionality竭｣ Adoption of Kimono-style "Miya-tsuguchi" Design:** To cater to all seasons, we adopted the "Miya-tsuguchi" design, similar to the closures on kimonos. This design allows heat and humidity to escape, providing breathable wear.
Styling the 'NINJA ROBE':
Pair it with cropped wide-silhouette denim or go for a sporty look with saruel pants. Even blue denim can be casually toned down with the 'NINJA ROBE.'

Nice to meet you, I'm Marcelo, the project owner.
I have been active in the fashion industry for about 30 years as a fashion designer and stylist. Born and raised in Brazil, I later studied the world of fashion in Japan, my second home. Fueled by the experiences gained throughout this extensive career and a strong desire to spread Japanese culture worldwide, while resonating with environmental issues, gender fluidity, and agelessness, I have initiated a project to launch a sustainable fashion brand (BOO4DOW) that is not only stylish but also functionally superior.
Our inaugural collection is named 'NINJA ROBE.' The design draws inspiration from Japan's sustainable garment, the genderless and ageless "kimono," allowing wearers of all body types to express themselves. We use high-quality denim from reputable sources in Okayama and meticulously craft the garments in a trusted factory in Tochigi Prefecture.
The 'NINJA ROBE' is not meant to be "disposable" but rather a sustainable piece that grows more cherished with each wear, transforming into a unique expression of personal style. Additionally, it addresses the common issue of outerwear being cumbersome to carry, providing a solution that allows the wearer to conceal their presence, much like a ninja.
