The Tsubame-Sanjo area in Niigata Prefecture is world-renowned for its metalworking technology. From Tsubame-Sanjo, we introduce a high-quality Dutch oven developed based on user feedback.

The most significant features of this Dutch oven are its material and shape.

Many people may think of Dutch ovens as being made of cast iron, heavy, and difficult to clean. But this product is made of three layers of stainless steel and aluminum, so it does not require seasoning before first use and can be scrubbed with detergent. It is also rust-resistant, lightweight, and can be used with a variety of heat sources, including charcoal fire, ovens, and electric stoves. We have completed a Dutch oven that can be used not only outdoors but also at home.

In addition, the shape has been made shallower than that of a regular Dutch oven because we received many requests from users for a shallow type. It should be easy to use for all kinds of cooking such as boiling, baking, and frying. We created this Dutch oven with the idea of "letting the user enjoy it freely and to the fullest," so please enjoy a variety of dishes such as standard stewed dishes, roast beef at a home party, roasted whole chicken, pizza, and more!

About the Maker

This Dutch oven was created by TSBBQ, an outdoor brand that proposes a stylish barbecue style. Yamatani Industry, which has a history of over 40 years in the manufacturing town of Tsubame-Sanjo, launched the brand together with art director Ryuta Ishikawa and product designer Yu Takahashi.

TSBBQ has two meanings.

One is "Tsubame Sanjo BBQ.” TSBBQ is a name that represents the high quality, easy-to-use, and reliable products made with Tsubame-Sanjo's advanced technology.

The second is "Try Stylish BBQ," which means we want to make the BBQ scene more stylish and enjoyable for as many people as possible.
