Hundreds of restaurants have used Makuake in Japan for their opening or expansion. Most of these restaurants have also offered special course menus only for people who pre-ordered via Makuake.

During the past months, we have been getting ready to help these exclusive restaurants to be found by more people who plan to visit Japan and want to try an elite dining experience.

The first restaurant that we are introducing you is Kiraku!

Kiraku is a hidden gem nestled in the charming stone-paved streets of Kagurazaka in Tokyo, often referred to as the “Little Kyoto” with its traces of traditional Japan.

At Kiraku, you can experience the ultimate Tsumotoshiki style aged sushi, where fish is skillfully prepared using the renowned Mr. Tsumoto fish blood removal method to enhance the aged fish flavor to the fullest.

This aging process eliminates any lingering fishy taste while accentuating the utmost umami, creating a surprising gastronomic experience to savor.
