Shop Owner Thoughts

"I have a vision for Jimbocho Yakiniku Restaurant to become a yakiniku place that lasts for centuries. As I built this restaurant, I had the idea that it would be wonderful if it could become a memorable spot for those who visit, perhaps as a place where future couples first dine together.

My aim is for this to be a restaurant where even grandparents can bring their sons and grandchildren. We put our heart and soul into slicing the meat!"
