This comprehensive three-hour course includes indulging in cheeses, desserts, and post-meal drinks, sparing you the need to seek a second venue - truly a luxury in time management.

The restaurant also offers private reservations for groups of six or more, allowing you to indulge in a personalized and intimate dining ambience.

In the pursuit of an extraordinary dining experience, Itahara emphasizes two vital aspects: dwell time and guest count. The first floor accommodates only seven seats at the counter, where the chef prepares and serves each dish, ensuring that the dining experience is seamless and punctual. The restaurant intentionally limits the number of seats to optimize prompt service.

Dress code:

Itahara upholds a smart casual dress code and refrains from admitting guests in shorts, sandals, or t-shirts.

Please note that all areas within the restaurant are designated as non-smoking zones. Additionally, timely attendance is crucial, as any delay beyond 30 minutes will be considered a same-day cancellation, incurring a 100% cancellation fee, with no possibility of serving the reserved course.
