About the product
[Pure Japanese Brand "7 NaNA”]
As a purely Japanese brand, "7 NaNA" expresses our commitment to creating products that are as close as possible to the number "8," which has traditionally meant perfection and maximum in Japan. “7 NaNA" superb T-shirts are purely made in Japan, with quality and fashion as good as overseas high brands. This T-shirt has a simple, sophisticated personality, so you only need to wear one piece to complete your styling.
[Manufactured on a historic hang knitting machine.]
A hang knitting machine is an old-fashioned machine used to produce knitted fabrics. “7 NaNA" superb T-shirts are knitted slowly and carefully, one meter per hour, by natural gravity alone, using a hang knitting machine that exists in only a few factories in Japan. The yarn is not subjected to "extra force" (tension), and the yarn is knitted in a very relaxed state, containing air, so the T-shirts are resistant to sagging even after long wear. Please experience the softness, hand-knit warmth, and unique rich texture of fabric knitted on a hang knitting machine the more you wash it.
[Using a rare thick slub yarn.]
We use a yarn several times thicker than slub yarns available in the market, and we use a luxurious amount of yarn to create a heavy-weight finish. In addition to its durability, the texture of this fabric increases every time you wash it, and its unique feeling of separation from the skin is a comfort you can feel only after wearing it. You can wear the thick fabric comfortably all year round.

About the maker
NaNa (Brand Owner and Product Developer)
NaNa has been working in the apparel industry since 2009.
While in charge of product development at a major Japanese manufacturer, NaNa encountered clothes made on a "hang knitting machine," which led to the creation of this product and was struck by the comfort and expression of the fabric.
To faithfully commercialise the impression NaNa felt, the purely Japanese apparel brand "7 NaNA" was launched.
Teamed up with Akihiko Hattori, brand director and copywriter, Mitsumasa Azuma, graphic designer and art director, and Toshihiro Achi, a photographer, to produce this product.
