Care Precations
-Please rinse the plate well with water before the first use.
-Please wash the plate with a sponge, scrubber, or scourer without soap nor detergent.
-After the plate is washed, please dry the plate well and leave it in the sun. If the plate is still wet or dirty when it is stored, it might cause rust.
-If it becomes blackened, oily, or smelly, you may put the plate and water in a pot and boil it. If this doesn’t help remove the black spots from the plate, please consider it as a unique character of the plate. It will not affect its functionality.

Note: As the plates get very hot, please use oven mitts, or wait until the pate cools down completely before handling.

Mitani touki decided to use volcanic ash from Sakurajima in Kagoshima prefecture, which has been erupting for over 60 years, wasting up to 1 million tons of volcanic ash per year. Considering the wasted ash, the company launched the sale of volcanic ash plates, HAI in the collaboration with Kagoshima prefecture this year.

The company sells various products online, at shops in Japan, and delivers all over Japan. It also exports them overseas, especially Asia and Europe. It has a 3300 ㎡ storage facility to store a variety of its products.
