This shirt was developed to fulfill motorcycle riders' desire for both fashion and safety, and is made in Japan from planning to manufacturing.
Fully equipped rider suits, which are often chosen for safety, often emphasize functionality over fashion, with protectors standing out and so on. However, we have also heard of issues with these rider suits, such as the fact that people may feel that they stand out from their surroundings when they get off their motorcycles and enter a store. The more fashionable people may avoid motorcycle-specific clothing because they do want to stay in the same style as usual. However, with such light clothing, a certain amount of damage is inevitable when you fall down.
The producer of this shirt, who is also a biker, had this problem himself and developed this product to solve it. After repeated sample modifications, we have achieved the design in which the protector is less noticeable. The design also makes it able to be worn in a wide range of seasons and situations.
The protectors are placed on the chest, shoulders, and back in all areas, providing excellent impact resistance. We also aimed to ensure breathability and comfort. (The protectors are interchangeable as long as they are the same size.) Also the fabric of the shirts is woven with CORDURA®︎ by Invista, which is stronger and more durable than usual, in case of friction during falls. The design is meticulous in every detail, and the snap buttons are decorated with skulls, which are the brand's motif and symbolize "rebirth.”
