Challenge to develop hand towels as cooking utensils.

For the first product, we have developed a diatomaceous earth handkerchief as a product that makes it comfortable to wash your hands outside, considering the prevention of the new corona. It was announced at Makuake in March 2020.
The project was successful with the support of many people. I am proud that I was able to contribute to the comfortable cleaning of my hands after washing my hands by appearing on TV Tokyo's World Business Satellite . I received a happy word, "I

On the other hand, there are also opinions that there are problems with size and durability.

Realization of large capacity
Our conventional product has a bag-shaped non-woven fabric, which is one cell. Since the process of enclosing the powder in a bag and heat-sealing it was performed manually, it was possible to manufacture only this structure. (The photo below is the conventional product Left: Inner right: Cover)

However, if the capacity is increased with this structure, there will be one cell in a large bag, and the bias of the internal powder will become larger, which is not practical.
Therefore, we adopted a manufacturing equipment that continuously produces cells of approximately 10 cm square. By doing so, we have achieved a length of about 5 times or more, from a handkerchief size of about 15 cm to a maximum LL size of about 80 cm, which is about the same as a face towel.
Furthermore, even if it is used with a vertical length, all the powder is not biased downward and is about 1 cm thick.

Achieving high durability
The structure of the non-woven fabric consists of three layers: SB layer (for surface strength), ultrafine fiber layer (for preventing powder leakage), and SB layer (surface strength + heat welding).
Our conventional product has a structure in which the thickness of each layer is 1.5: 1: 1.5 and the ultrafine fiber layer is thick.
In order to improve the durability of this product, the thickness ratio of each non-woven fabric layer is 2.5: 1: 2.5, and the strength is improved by using a thick SB layer on the surface .
This improves the strength by about 1.4 times.
For our conventional products, there were some supporters who replaced only the innerwear. We received some comments that we were very satisfied, but we have improved it so that it can be used comfortably for a longer period of time.

From the S size, which is pocket-sized and easy to carry around, to the LL size, which can withstand the use of washing hands many times, a comfortable hand towel (sweat wipe) is realized in many situations such as outdoors and disasters where washing is not easy. It is a product to do.

1 [Water absorption and quick drying] Always dry when using

It feels like you're using it for the first time every time . The double structure
of the cover and inner makes it light and comfortable even in the kitchen or washroom where you often wash your hands. You will be freed from the discomfort that you had to keep using it in a damp condition or put it in your pocket or bag .

The cover uses COOLMAX®️ EcoMade Fabric , which has excellent breathability and quick-drying properties .

COOLMAX®️ EcoMade Fabric is a polyester variant cross-section fiber with four grooves in one fiber. Due to its large surface area compared to normal fiber, moisture evaporates faster. In addition, capillarity is likely to occur, and the moisture and moisture inside are quickly transpired.

2 [Deodorant] Does not leave an unpleasant odor of sweat

The alum contained in the inner strongly neutralizes and decomposes the ammonia odor, which is the main component of sweat odor, so no unpleasant odor remains after wiping. Its deodorizing power surpasses activated carbon . Almost odorless after 5 minutes .

How to Use

Easy!
Just put the inner in the cover.

・Do not use an iron .

The non- woven fabric can be used for about 1 to 2 years . (Depending on the usage environment) A pill-like substance will gradually form on the surface, but if you remove it, the non-woven fabric itself may become thinner, so please use it as it is.

Q: What if the inner is hardened?

A: There is a high possibility that alum is solidified. It gets even smoother at 60 ° C or higher, so warm it with a futon dryer or dryer .
