Have you ever used your smartphone for a long time and felt a strain on your neck? It may be because I'm using my smartphone with my neck bent.

An adult's head weighs about 4 to 6 kg, and it is said that the load on the neck is several times the weight of the head just by turning down. The burden is not only on the neck but also on the shoulders and back muscles, which may lead to the accumulation of fatigue on the entire neck and shoulders.

That is why it is necessary to consciously lift the smartphone and look at it from a high point of view, but the higher the point of view, the more unstable the smartphone becomes and the more likely it is to drop it.
